My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Goldie is a five year old doodle. She has a calm temperament but loves to play. She loves her chuck it ball! Goldie is definitely a lover of people and enjoys being around other dogs. She’s unknown with cats, as she has not been cat tested.

Her current foster reports that Goldie struggles with separation anxiety so she’s becoming a great paw-a-legal⚖️🐾🗂️ by going to work with her foster mom!

Someone who can help with her separation anxiety by giving her lots of time, love, and attention to remind her she’s safe and secure would be ideal. If you’re looking for a Velcro dog, Goldie is your perfect match.

*to be noted, her spay is scheduled to completed the third week of April.*

More about this rescue

Quincy's Hope was founded with the belief that every dog's life has value. We exist solely to make sure that unwanted, neglected, abused and homeless dogs find their place in the world. Our job is to ensure that they find a loving forever home. We do that by taking all of the steps necessary to provide health care, training for all of our dogs and proper home checks to potential adoptive families interested in adoption in hopes to prevent our last chance pups from ending up in a shelter. We work closely with shelters near and far to help reduce the rate of euthanasia for dogs in the eleventh hour. We also provide spay/neuter, food assistance and other services to those less fortunate in order to keep pets with their families. Education is of utmost importance to our rescue and we have programs in place to provide education to our local community regarding the importance of spaying, neutering, vaccinations and overbreeding of dogs. We are a foster-based network of volunteers and we are always looking for approved foster families to help us in our quest to place homeless dogs in loving families.
