Stratus has been my buddy for around a year now. He's transitioned from outdoor to indoor life extremely well. He was a stray that I've essentially been fostering, but I didn't realize until recently that I can't care for him long-term due to my career. The vets and I think his rounded ears could be from him sitting under cars to stay warm in the winter. I think they make him look like a mouse!
He is hands down the best cat I've ever had. He's affectionate, greeting me every time I come home and sleeping at the foot of my bed every night without fail. He loves new people immediately.
His only problem is that he's insistent on being in the same room as you, because he just loves attention so much. He also gets the zoomies sometimes, but who doesn't?
I think he would do best in a home without dogs or young children because he can occasionally get startled, but he bounces back quickly.
