Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sienna is currently living in a foster home in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin.
Meet Sienna “Shorty” – Your New Best Friend with a Big Heart and Little Legs!
Sienna, lovingly nicknamed “Shorty,” is a low-rider lovebug with a giant personality! This adorable girl turns heads wherever she goes with her irresistible smile, soulful eyes, and signature wiggle. Shorty is the perfect blend of playful and cuddly—she enjoys the simple things in life: leisurely strolls around the neighborhood, belly rubs, chasing fireflies, the feel of the wind in her ears while going for adventures in the car, or a cozy nap in a snug sack.
Sienna can be a little reserved when meeting new people, but give her a moment and you’ll see her gentle, affectionate nature come through. Once she feels safe, she bonds deeply—and she’s absolutely worth the wait. She also thrives with the companionship of another sweet, playful pup and would appreciate a dog buddy in her forever home to help her feel confident and secure.
With her low to medium energy, Sienna thrives in a calm environment and would appreciate a home that isn’t always full of activity. She’s crate-trained, housebroken, and eager to please, making her a joy to have around.
Sienna is looking for someone who sees the beauty in a quiet bond, who’s willing to earn her trust and be rewarded with the most tender kind of love
As she is still young, her adopter will need to have her spayed at six months of age and take her to in-person positive based puppy classes.
Interested in adoption? The first step is an application at paddyspaws.blogspot.com. Please do not apply if pets in the home are not up to date per our website requirements or are not altered. Our rescue adopts to Wisconsin and Illinois. Our requirements for Illinois applications are: excellent vet history, no children under 7 in the home, and an owned home. Wisconsin does not have these requirements, though we will not consider applications where pets are missing core veterinary care.
Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit, and once
approved a meet and greet with the dog. Adoption fee is $250.
