Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Rico is a brave, spunky, active little guy! He loves to play tug of war, chew on an antler, and zooooooom around the backyard. He is friendly with dogs of all sizes and ages and has been excellent with meeting people, and seems to love kids too! He's making great progress on both crate and potty training, and is starting to learn "Sit." He loves to be close to you and will snuggle up for a nap once he's got his puppy zoomies out! Rico will likely be a little guy when fully grown!

Found an animal on our site and want to meet them or find out more about them? Fill out the adoption questionnaire located below and submit to us. Once we have reviewed/approved your application, we will provide you with the foster contact information so that you can find out more and arrange a “meet and greet”. All of our animals are located in foster homes throughout the Triangle area.
When going to a “meet and greet”, please make sure you take any family members and other pets (if at all possible) to observe their interactions. This can make introduction into the new home easier for the animals and for you.
The animal’s foster parent will ultimately make a recommendation to the organization regarding the permanent placement of the animal. Once an adoption decision has been made by both parties, we ask for an adoption fee to help us cover spay/neutering, shots, medical treatment, food and supplies – this amount only partially cover the cost of expenses and allows us to help as many animals as possible!
What if the adoption doesn’t work out? We have a lifetime return policy on our animals as we don’t want to see them turned back into a shelter.
