Meet Simone, a lovely girl looking for a foster or adopter
Simone arrived to BC (lower mainland) in July and she’s ready to meet you in person! She is currently being fostered in Vancouver. Simone is a beautiful Border Collie mix rescued in Guadalajara, Mexico. She’s approximately 1½ years old and fully grown at 52 lbs. A sweet, playful, and smart pup, Simone is ready to share her life with a forever family.
Update from Simone’s foster:
Simone is very affectionate with her people and loves to play, whether it’s with toys or with other dogs.
She’s fantastic in the car (she’s happily done trips over 4 hours), crate trained, and is happy to just hang out around the house while you work from home. Plus, she's house trained and doesn't pull on leash. We also haven't seen any separation anxiety.
She loves hiking and would make a wonderful companion for someone who enjoys exploring the outdoors.
Simone is incredibly smart and has made great progress with recall and other commands! She aims to please, wanting to make her humans proud.
She would do great with a doggy sibling and we believe she would thrive in a house with a yard where she can unwind and relax. Apartment living isn’t her best fit because she loves having an outdoor space.
Simone loves other dogs, though she can come on a little strong at first and is still learning her polite hellos. She’s also working on greeting new people and would thrive with someone who can continue helping her build confidence.
If you’re looking for a loving, playful companion who’s ready for adventures and snuggles, Simone just might be your match! Simone's current fosters live in an apartment building, so we're looking for a new foster placement where Simone can have a yard to frolick.

PLEASE NOTE: Simone is currently fostered in Vancouver. Meet and greets can be arranged!
