Meet Chai!

This calm and laid-back lady loves gentle pets and quiet company, but she’s also totally content doing her own thing. Whether you’re around or out for the day, Chai handles it all with grace.

She gets along well with other cats and would be a lovely addition to a peaceful home. If you're after a sweet, independent feline who brings a sense of calm wherever she goes, Chai might just be the purrfect match.

More about this rescue

We rescue animals from high kill shelters or abandoned local strays and foster them until they find an adoptive home. Our southern branch also goes out on emergency rescue calls for cats in drain and sewer pipes, up trees, stuck in walls etc. Transport in available up and down the state of CA. We also TNR local stray and feral populations. The plight of homeless animals moves us deeply. It is unspeakably horrific to see gentle loving animals killed simply because they are homeless. While we cannot save them all, each one saved deserves it. We are a 501c3 registered, CA non-profit corporation.
