My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I came from a home with over 45 dogs! I'm shy and timid and will need some time to come out of my shell. Since coming to Kind Keeper I'm getting lots of individualized attention and love. I've not been around small children so a home that is calmer with mature people would be best. I will need an owner that is willing to take time for me to adjust to a new world and learn to trust.

If you have other dogs, a meet and greet to introduce your dogs to the potential new dog is required prior to adoption.

Kind Keeper, Inc. is a 501c(3) Non-profit animal rescue and NO KILL shelter. We take in abandoned, unwanted, and surrendered companion animals. We also accept "at risk" animals from surrounding county shelters. We strive to provide the best possible care for all animals in our custody and find loving "forever" homes for them. We always need volunteers and donations. We do not receive funding from any municipal or county entities. We depend on donations and grants to keep our doors open, helping as many animals as possible.
