My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cricket is a male, gray & white cat. We approximate his age to be 2-3 years old. He was picked up off the streets of Philadelphia. He’s had his shots, been microchipped and house-trained.

Cricket does have considerable stamina and plenty of energy to expend. He enjoys playing with strings, wands, scratching posts, motorized toys, etc...Furthermore, he likes to run & bird watch outside. It would be great to have someone who can indulge him in his outdoor activities. This all may sound daunting, but Cricket is usually out like a light most of the day.

The main reason we are re-homing Cricket is because our older cat doesn’t get along with him. Our older cat is highly irritated with Cricket’s attempts to play. Therefore, we presume Cricket would be okay with another young & playful cat (if not alone). We suspect that Cricket won’t do well in a household with young kids as it will likely be overstimulating, so a living situation with just adults is preferred.
