Meet Gizmo! This 1.5-year-old pug mix is as spunky as he is sweet, and he’s looking for a forever home that can keep up with his playful personality and give him the love he deserves.

Gizmo is a social butterfly with other dogs, he loves to play chase and would thrive in a home with a playful canine companion. With people, he can be a little cautious at first and may bark when meeting someone new, but offer him a few treats and a little patience, and he’ll be your new best friend in no time. He would likely do well with respectful children who understand his need for space when he's feeling unsure. He’s crate trained and does wonderfully during unsupervised time.

Gizmo is a smart pup who already knows sit, shake, and go to bed, and he’s continuing to learn more! He’s a toy enthusiast (sometimes a little too enthusiastic, so he prefers to have his own toys during playtime) and will happily entertain himself or engage with his favorite humans.

Gizmo is on a special diet to keep his urinary tract healthy due to a past history with urinary stones, but with this diet, he’s been doing great! He also takes anxiety medication to help him feel his best. If you're looking for a fun, loving, and loyal little sidekick who’s equal parts silly and smart, Gizmo just might be the one for you.
