My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Looking for inspiration? Look no further than Muse, the sweetheart with a big heart and soft kisses. She’s here to be the muse you never knew you needed—whether you`re writing poetry, binge-watching reality TV, or just eating snacks (she’s especially good at supervising snacks). Muse loves people, she’ll shower you with kisses, climb into your lap like it’s a throne made just for her, and politely accept treats. Muse is deaf—but don’t worry, she still hears the call of snacks and snuggles loud and clear (with her heart, and nose obviously). Come meet Muse today and let her show you that love doesn’t need sound—it just needs a comfy lap and maybe one or two treats.

Additional adoption info

If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs....great!! The first step is coming in and meeting the dog in person. If you have any small children or other dogs in the household we do recommend that you bring them in for an introduction. If you are interested we would have you complete an adoption application. We do not require fenced in yards. All dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested and fully vaccinated, and the adoption fee is $125 which also includes a current dog license for Lucas County. We do adopt out of state and to other counties, but the dog would need to leave our facility with a current license. We do hold adoption events and have reduced adoption fees for specials throughout the year. Please check out our FaceBook page for events.
