Maybe not a contender for The Handsomest Cat but a shoo-in for Sweetest Cat!

Elmo was pulled from under a trailer with his mom and 4 siblings, all sick and malnourished. The kittens have always been tightly bonded to a remarkable degree and it has been hard on them to be separated. They are very tactile, brushing alongside each other and head butting just walking by. Very hand shy at first, Elmo has finally transferred that to people. He loves to be stroked and will roll over for a tummy rub. Likes to sleep with you or to lie with his head on your lap like a dog.

He is playful and active. Talks to his toys, cries when he is lonely and growls when afraid (a growl he never acts upon - very submissive). He will be shy at first, and is wart of heavy footsteps, so be patient. Should not be left alone all day - another pet would be ideal. This is a darling cat!
