My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ruby Red is a sweet and spunky two-year-old terrier mix who’s been on quite the journey. Ruby came to us in rough shape. She was taken in by an amazing foster family where she has been getting healthy and learning how to be her best self. Ruby is now ready to find a forever home of her own!

Ruby has a big heart and a lot of love to give. She thrives on human attention and would love nothing more than to be your shadow and cuddle buddy. Ruby lives with a cat in her foster home and, while she sometimes gets a little too excited, she’s learning the art of coexisting peacefully. She is not fond of other dogs and she needs to be an only dog for now.

She’ll do best with a patient, consistent adopter who can help her continue to grow with some gentle training and structure. We think she would do best in a home with kids over the age of ten. Ruby will reward you with endless loyalty, silly zoomies, and a lifetime of tail wags.

If you’re looking for a devoted companion who just needs a chance to shine, Ruby Red might be your perfect match.

Ruby Red's $200 Adoption Fee is a great deal. She is spayed, vaccinated, micro-chipped, wormed & current on monthly heartworm preventative.

Ruby Red's estimated month of birth is 1/2023.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

We do ask potential adopters to first complete a pre-adoption questionnaire for the purpose of ensuring your compatibility with a pet, as well as your eligibility to adopt a pet. After the pre-adoption questionnaire is reviewed and approved, we require adopters to complete an adoption contract. We do not discriminate against anyone for reasons of race, religion, age, politics, gender, or sexual orientation, but we do reserve the right to refuse adoptions based on the information we interpret from these forms, with regard to legalities and the pet’s needs or requirements. We try very hard to make every adoption a happy and satisfactory one!

Our adoption fee(s) are as follows:

Puppies (under 1 Year) = $ 220.00
Dogs (1 Year & above) = $ 200.00
Kittens (under 12 months) = $140.00
