We know that it's what's on the inside that counts... But you just can't hide gorgeous.
Opal looks confident and fierce and ready to take over the world, but she's actually a bit shy and unsure.
She has been in the shelter fighting a nasty parasite and has finally cleared. After weeks of quarantine, she has been able to explore the yard and start to learn what being a dog is all about.
Still, the shelter is no place for a growing girl, and at 5 months old, we think Opal is still growing! She and her sister Hazel play well together in the yard and are learning new things every day.
We think you should come meet Opal and give her a chance to win you over. You aren't going to find a more beautiful dog anywhere!
