Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Fergie was born to a mum surviving on her own in a wooded area in Puerto Vallarta Mexico. A kind stranger helped keep her alive during her pregnancy by coming to feed her. Once Fergie and his siblings were born the stranger managed to find the SPCA PV rescue who took them in.
Fergie is now in foster in Nelson, BC where he is adored by his foster mum. Fergie is smart and gentle and LOVES to cuddle. He loves dogs and would be happy to live with a dog, and he also spent time as a young puppy with cats and did well. He is even ok around horses! He has the sleekest softest black coat. Fergie (and his mum and sister) all have an extra toe / dew claw on their hind paws. This is nothing to be concerned about - some breeds long ago had them especially those in snowy climates. It makes him unique!
Fergie did spend a couple of weeks in an urban area and he did well, but he especially thrives in a quieter area. He's medium energy.
