Our family is preparing for an international move, and with heavy hearts, we’ve decided it’s in our cat’s best interest to find her a new, loving home.
She is a declawed (prior to us), cat, 10 years old, with a sweet, laid-back temperament. She is in good health, with no known medical issues. She loves pets, cuddles, and lounging in sunny spots. While she’s affectionate, she can be a bit shy in new environments, so we’re hoping to place her in a quiet home without young children and ideally no other pets, or possibly a very mellow cat or dog companion. She has been introduced new cats in our home and has done great, but it needs to be done intentionally and following some general cat introduction best practices.
We’re heartbroken to part with her, but we know the stress of a long-distance move and transition would be too more stressful on her than rehoming. She deserves a calm, cozy space where she can relax and feel safe.
