My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bonnie is a German Shepherd Dog who was found as a stray in February. She has adapted well to her foster home and exhibits good house manners. Bonnie is friendly with people and interacts positively with children. She generally gets along with other dogs. Bonnie enjoys outdoor activities and requires a 6-foot fenced yard for safe play. Bonnie has been treated for heartworm and is now ready to find her forever home. She is spayed, current on vaccinations, and microchipped. 1.5 years old and 60 lbs. as of April 202.5, Adoption fee $250

More about this rescue

Homeward Bound Pet Rescue was founded by a team of volunteers with many years of experience in pet rescue. With over 20,000 companion animals being euthanized each year in the Midlands of SC, our goal is to save as many as possible from this dreadful fate. Rescue is expensive, so your help is needed in order for us to save lives. Each pet receives prompt medical attention, is spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated and microchipped before being adopted into a loving home. Medical care is our main expense. We also must purchase microchips, heartworm and flea preventions, food and many other supplies. We are an ethical group of volunteers who promises to use every penny for the rescue, care and adoption of pets in need. All donations are tax deductible. No Paid Staff!! Click our PAYPAL link below or mail your check to PO Box 4335, Irmo, SC 29063 THANK YOU!!!
