Felix (officially Feelix) is 6 years old and Ellie is about 11 months. They love cuddling together, being loved on, and playing! They've previously lived with small kids but Felix would probably rather kids were 10+. They have no known dog experience and would likely prefer no dogs in their forever home. They can coexist with other cats, though prefer each other.
Felix is a bit shy with new people but very sweet once he gets to know you. Felix has a soft spot for kitchen time—he LOVES to keep you company while you’re cooking, always hopeful for a little snack (he’s a foodie)! Cooking aside, if you’re a gamer or enjoy reading, he’s equally happy to lay next to you and keep you company. If you’re up and at ‘em, he will sometimes check up on you and see what you’re doing. Felix adores attention from his humans, snacks, and chasing toys. He is a laidback kitty who prefers to lounge with the occasional evening zoomies to spice things up.
Ellie is super cuddly and loves everyone. While she can be shy at first, she is the more outgoing of the two and will greet people and snuggle. She enjoys playing with toys, especially cat wands. The occasional snack wouldn’t go amiss, either! Ellie is extremely attached to Felix and always comes back to him. You will often find them napping together on a pillow.
Both kitties are affectionate once they warm up and feel comfortable. While they can be a bit nervous around loud noises or sudden movements, they would thrive in a calm and peaceful household where they can truly relax.

Adoption fees range from $80 to $100. The adoption fee covers the cost of spay or neuter, vaccinations, medical exam, worming and flea prevention. All cats and kittens are cared for in various foster homes.

My New Cat is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity dedicated to finding forever homes for homeless cats and kittens. All donations are used for the cats. There are no paid officers, employees or volunteers. We rely on foster homes to shelter and care for the cats so we are always looking for qualified foster homes.
