My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

***Adoption Fee WAIVED***

Handsome, curious, and full of personality - Splash is the total package! Much like his name suggests, this charming guy has a serious love for water. Whether he's batting at dripping faucets, pawing at his water bowl, or investigating a shower, Splash brings the fun wherever he goes.

An energetic and inquisitive spirit, Splash thrives on exploration and loves making new friends. Got a new room to explore? He's already there. New person at the door? He's the first to say hello! His playful nature and affectionate personality make him a joy to be around.

A cat water fountain would absolutely make Splash's day, and a home that can match his energy and curiosity would be purr-fect. If you're looking for a fun-loving feline who will keep you smiling, Splash is ready to dive into your heart.

More about this shelter

Founded in 1941 by the third female graduate from Cornell University’s College of Veterinary Medicine, SAVE is an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit animal shelter dedicated to protecting the health and welfare of homeless companion animals in the greater Princeton area and beyond. Through six core programs of Rescue, Shelter, Health and Welfare, Spay/Neuter, Foster and Adoption.

The SAVE shelter facility has the capacity to house upwards of 100 animals at a time (approximately 75 cats and 25 dogs). The shelter exceeds no-kill benchmark standards and ensures that adoptable animals facing adversity are given a lifeline, a chance to flourish, and the promise of a better tomorrow.
