My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, I am Dakota Bear and through no fault of my own, I am looking for a home. Although I am a little lacking in some training, I am very eager to please. I want to be your number one baby. I get along well with other dogs after we establish the rules. I want to be number one. My foster mom says I am so cute and cuddly. She calls me "Wiggles" because I wag my tail so much and so hard that my whole butt wiggles.

I am just the happiest boy and I LOVE to cuddle! I am looking for my forever home with someone who is willing to make me number one in their heart.
Dakota Bear will require an experienced owner, committed to continued obedience training. He is ok with other dogs with proper introductions. Not good with cats or small animals as he has a high prey drive. A fenced yard would be preferred. Would only recommend a home with older children who are dog savvy. He is potty trained, crate trained, neutered and up to date on all vaccines. Currently fostering in central Virginia.
Anyone who is interested MUST fill out an adoption application. It is posted in the pinned section of this page, as well as on our website karmakees.org
