Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Zamora is a very sweet young girl who initially came to PACC after having been hit by a car. Shy and unfamiliar with normal doggy things like walking on leash when she first arrived, this girl has shown that she is not only a survivor, but is smart, resilient, and has tons of potential! Here’s what some of Zamora’s volunteer friends have said about her journey:
“I adore Zamora. Her original notes say that she does not walk on leash, but that was long ago. Now she wants to walk and is always excited to get out of her kennel. She’s a great loose leash walker, enjoys being pet and loved, and will warm up to others with a slow approach and some time to get to know you.”
“Zamora has gained more confidence in the last two weeks. She leashes easily and loose leash walks while she takes her time to smell all the goodies around her. She does not react to other dogs, and now she enjoys being gently pet. She is also very gentle taking treats from my hand. Zamora is a very sweet dog who has made a lot of progress since she arrived.”
Zamora is looking for a home with a patient family who will help her feel safe as she continues to gain confidence. She shares her kennel with another PACC pup and would likely benefit from having a confident doggy pal to show her the ropes in her future home. Ask to meet Zamora today!!
