Prince Charming is a sleek black cat with a birth date of approximately 5/6/2024. He is a sweet, high-energy, curious, and confident cat who will immediately nuzzle you for pets and playtime. He is fearless—even vacuum cleaners don’t phase him! Prince Charming loves to play with his foster but is also very good at entertaining himself. Chasing crinkly toys and looking outside big windows are among his favorite pastimes. He does like to tell you how he's feeling, especially when you close the door to leave, but quiets down in 5-10 minutes. His zoomies are very cute.
Prince Charming and Bebo were surrendered because their family’s landlord no longer allowed animals. They were on the urgent list at Chicago Animal Control due to upper respiratory infections, inflamed gums, and other severe dental issues. Precious Pets provided dental work and medications to get them healthy and strong.
Prince Charming and Bebo have been through a lot together, and we are grateful they had each other. Prince Charming does get a little overstimulated with Bebo at times, and that is being worked on. They are a bonded pair who sleep, groom, and play together.

Once you have chosen a pet from online or visited at one of our adoption centers, you may decide to submit an application.

Interview
Your application will be acknowledged and a request made for a convenient time to set up a phone interview.

Home Check
We do not visit your home, but we do check vet and personal references.
4.
Approve Application
Once approved, you will meet with our adoption manager, sign your contract, pay your $175 donation fee, and pick up your new baby!

Adoption application is required. If approved for an adoption there is an adoption contract and a $175.00/$400.00 adoption fee. The $175.00 adoption fee for cats includes the spay/neuter, AKC micro-chipping, FIV/FeLV testing (Feline) or Heartworm testing (Canine), deworming, de-fleaing and vaccines.
