Mac is the first cat you will meet in our Happy Cat room. He is the sweetest boy, who wants everyone's attention. If you are looking for a more independent cat, he is not your guy. But if you are looking for a new best friend, who will greet you at the door when you come home, and let you know you have been missed, He is Perfect! He will provide plenty of love, attention, and laughs with his silly playful side. He was adopted from another shelter, and surrendered to us when the owner was finishing college and moving on to the next phase of his life. We honestly don't see how anyone could give Mac up, as he is such a great cat. But here he is, looking for a new forever home!
All of our adoptable animals are spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, dewormed, UTD on age appropriate vaccines & started on Flea Preventatives. Cats are tested for FIV/FELK. Dogs over 6 months are tested for heartworms and started on HW prevention.
Our adoptions include a 30 Day Free Trial period with Trupanion Pet Insurance
WE ARE OPEN for visitors from 12PM - 4PM Tuesday-Saturdays or by APPOINTMENT at other times.
We suggest calling prior to visiting our adoption center to ensure the animal you wish to meet is here at our Center (some are in foster care) and still available. If you want to meet an animal that is being fostered an approved application & appointment is required.
We will call or email you the status of your application once it is processed. Nothing will be processed on Sundays or Mondays.
All our pets are posted online and we continue to take applications until they are actually adopted. Sometimes things change and an adoption may fall through so we maintain a wait list.
