Here's what the humans have to say about me:
DOB January 28, 2018
Peaches is a sweet and gentle lady with a lot of love to give. Peaches loves affection and wants to be wherever her humans are, some may even call her a “Velcro cat”. She could also have her face rubbed all day, and is happiest when she has someone to snuggle with on the couch or in bed. Peaches also gets on well with other cats, and has a playful side, with a particular fondness for anything catnip.
Peaches is very vocal, making lots of sweet noises and will meow for you when she wants attention, she also loves getting butt pats! Since being fostered, Peaches has discovered the joy of hiding under a blanket, playing in her cat tunnel and drinking directly from the tap.
History: Peaches was found in the hallway of an apartment building, we’re not exactly sure how she ended up there but she was most likely dumped by her previous owners. Luckily, she still has plenty of love to give.
Peaches has been diagnosed with kidney disease. This condition is progressive, but can be managed with maintaining a strict specialized diet, providing access to multiple sources of water, and reducing environmental stress.
Peaches had some litter box issues when she first came to her foster that were resolved by the introduction of a second litter box in a ‘low traffic’ area. Peaches had an unknown UTI, since it has been treated she is backdown to one litter box and doing great.
Peaches loves company, so would do best in a home with either a friendly resident cat, or adopters who are home often to give her the attention she craves.
Peaches is a complete sweetheart and a love bug, with a very soft temperament. She is very gentle, and once she settled in, is unbothered by most things (even the vet) making her a wonderful pet.
