Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Tippy, a 4-month-old Labrador retriever/hound mix with an independent spirit and a calm disposition.
Tippy is the kind of girl you can take anywhere. She’s sweet and friendly, but also easygoing and relaxed. Tippy is a big fan of the kids in her foster home and is good with both cats and dogs.
Tippy is more independent than her two brothers, and she enjoys going on her own explorative adventures. Perhaps it’s the hound in her. Despite her independent streak, Tippy still enjoys a good snuggle on the couch with her humans where they make her feel like one lucky dog!
Tippy and her two brothers definitely have luck on their side. All three pups came down with parvo a few days after being pulled from the shelter. Thanks to top-notch medical intervention that arrived just in time, all three survived the deadly disease. They were such sweet souls while sick, and when they started feeling better, their pure joy came back full force.
Tippy would be a sweet and easy addition to any home with the time to take care of a young pup. She has a perfect temperament, is crate trained and potty trained, and has a clean bill of health. Now she’s patiently waiting for her forever family to find her. In the meantime, she’ll be off exploring!
