Fluffy is the sweetest male Shih tzu mix. This sweet boy steals everyone’s heart. He’s loving and affectionate and a complete lap dog.  Fluffy loves going on his daily walk with his volunteer friends and begs for his belly rubs. He hates being in a rescue and wants a loving affectionate home. Please come adopt this sweet boy.
