About Blaze: • A very affectionate, playful, and curious boy who loves being part of everything his people do. • Enjoys cuddles, lap time, and even giving sweet ear kisses. • Loves backyard play, fetch, tug-of-war, walks, and interactive toys — Blaze could play all day! • Follows his people around the house and thrives on companionship, making him a true people-dog. • Smart, energetic, and full of personality, he balances a loving, cuddly side with a playful, high-energy side.
His perfect match: • An active home with a securely fenced yard where Blaze can burn off energy safely. • A household without other pets or small children, where he can be the center of attention. • Someone willing to continue his training and provide structure, patience, and positive reinforcement. • An adopter who enjoys interactive play and giving Blaze lots of love, attention, and mental stimulation.
Some extra facts about Blaze: • Knows commands like sit, lie down, shake (both paws), down, leave it, “look pretty” (standing on back paws), and is learning drop it. He responds to his name and usually comes when called. • Motivated by toys and play more than food, making playtime a great way to bond and train. • Can get very excited after walks or during play, enjoys zoomies, and may bark at the door or new noises — all part of his enthusiastic personality! • Takes anxiety medication to help him feel relaxed and confident. • Has a cute underbite that adds to his charming personality.
In short: Blaze is a loving, playful, and loyal companion who thrives on affection, play, and being included in all the fun. With structure, training, and plenty of interactive time, he’ll be a devoted, joyful addition to an active home that can match his energy and big heart.
