Hercules is about 9 years old. He is housetrained, and will wait to be walked to use the restroom. He’s a friendly, chill dog who enjoys sunbathing and playing with toys. He attempts to play fetch, and is protective of his toys but will enjoy playing tug with them. He does well with other dogs, more small dogs than larger dogs, but he rough houses.
Looking for a new home for him because I don’t have the capacity to be with him at all times. He has separation anxiety when he’s alone and will often bark or find creative ways to get out and look for you which is why I can no longer keep him. Looking for a home that has other dogs, or someone who can be with him. If you’re at home with him, he’ll mostly just lounge. Can have super high energy, but usually enjoys being in his bed and sleeping.
He likes to follow you when you get up, that’s just his way of making sure you’re not leaving him. He’s a sweet dog, just needs a home that is more fitting to his needs.
