My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there my name's Alfie, at least it is now. The nice people at the rescue named me that. I didn't have one before. I was a real wreck when I arrived. I was coated in feces, urine and vomit. I'm surprised they even picked me up and helped me out but here I am! I went to the vets and got checked out. He said I'm good to go. I got shots and some yucky medicine but they said I needed that to stay healthy. I got taken to a foster home after that and got a much needed bath! Boy do I feel waaaayyyy better now! I'm looking pretty cute now and I'm starting to get comfortable. Boy this place is sure a lot nicer than that cold dirty kennel I've been in. I really like this couch thing I found and that's really been my main focus other than running and playing with the other dogs. I think I'd prefer a home with other dogs but it's okay if I'm the only one.
