On Good Friday, April 18th, 2025, a little miracle wandered into the lives of a kind-hearted family. Dusty-pawed and wide-eyed, an 10-month-old shepherd mix pup—now lovingly called Buddy—was found roaming the streets, unsure of where to go next. Weighing about 48 pounds, Buddy is still growing into those big paws of his, destined to be a medium-sized dog with an even bigger heart. When he was found, he had no tags, no microchip, and no clues to help bring him back to his original owners. The family that found him did everything they could—posting flyers, making calls, searching online—but weeks passed, and no one came forward. It broke their hearts to realize that Buddy may have been left behind.
But that didn’t break Buddy’s spirit. Though a bit shy at first, Buddy is a total sweetheart, is wonderful with kids and gets along beautifully with other dogs. He is ready for his forever home.
