Meet Roscoe the 10 month old, lanky goofball who can’t wait to find his forever buddy! We don’t know why he’s still growing up in a foster home, because Roscoe is the full package: house trained, playful, and snuggly. His enthusiasm is contagious and his goofy mix of aloofness and rambunctious energy keeps everyone laughing.
