My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Say hello to Maxwell – a truly special seven-year-old staffy mix whose story is one of quiet strength, second chances, and newfound joy. For most of his life, Maxwell lived with an injured leg that left him in constant discomfort, unable to move freely, and without a real place to call home. He recently underwent a successful surgery – and now, for the first time in years, Maxwell is running again.

Watching him take off with a big grin and his ears flopping in the wind is nothing short of magical. It’s like he’s finally getting to experience the freedom and happiness he always deserved.

Maxwell is gentle, soulful, and affectionate – a true old soul with a heart full of love. He prefers the company of medium to large female dogs who match his calm, steady energy. He thrives in a peaceful environment where he can cuddle, enjoy the sun on his face, and be reminded every day that he's finally safe.

This sweet boy is ready to start the next chapter of his life – one filled with soft beds, kind humans, and the steady love he's been waiting for. Let’s help him find the forever home he’s waited seven long years to run into.
