Meet Maya! Sweet Maya has already endured more loss than most. After her beloved owner tragically passed away in a car accident, no one came forward to care for her. A kind-hearted foster took her in, but due to a battle with cancer, Maya once again found herself needing a safe place—and that’s how she came to us. Despite all she’s been through, Maya is the definition of resilience.
She’s calm, easygoing, and deeply loving. She adores human companionship, gets along well with other dogs, and brings a peaceful presence wherever she goes. She’s crate and leash trained, fully vetted, microchipped, and heartworm negative.
Maya doesn’t ask for much—just a quiet, loving home where she can finally feel safe and cherished again. If you’re looking for a loyal, low-key companion with a heart full of love, Maya is ready and waiting for you.
Our adoption fee includes transport, all age required shots, microchip, & a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian. We look forward to receiving your application! We will review it shortly and give you a call to set up a phone interview.

An Online Adoption Application must be completed for all pets
Interview
We will go over each application to find the best fit for your family & our rescue animals. We will then call you to talk
Home Check
We will either schedule a home visti by one of our local foster/coordinators or we will contact a video chat interview with you and family
Approve Application
We will select the best applicant based on our pets needs
Sign Adoption Contract
Every single adopter must complete our online Adoption Contract with a link provided to you after you have been approved.
Pay Fee
An adoption fee is required for all families adopting our animals. The fee can be paid directly on our site, paypal, and Zellepay rescue
Take the Pet Home
You can pick up your new baby from our local coordinator or on transport arrival date. We will coordinate with you every step of the way.
