Frosty is a lovely one-year old female kitty who was brought to the HSOV on April 29, 2025 along with her best friend/possible mother (Frosty) by a Good Samaritan who had found them on Lancaster Street in Marietta Ohio.
This little sweetheart has a sleek black longhaired coat, a long tail, and an adorable face with bright golden eyes, a black velvet nose, and long black whiskers.
Frosty has a friendly, rather demure, personality and loves attention.
Frosty was given vaccinations, wormer, and flea treatment on April 29, 2025. She is a petite young lady who weighed just 6 lbs that day.
Frosty and her friend French Fry (who is possibly her mother) are sharing a double-wide cage in our Jungle Room and provide a sense of comfort/security for each other. They love to be held and to snuggle in your arms.
Since Frosty was not reclaimed, we will have her spayed in the near future and find her a loving home (hopefully with her friend/mother French Fry) either through adoption or rescue.
Rescue groups may contact our HSOV Feline Rescue Coordinator via email (sharonpaul2@suddenlink.net). We can usually help with transportation.
Update: Frosty was spayed on May 12, 2025 and was also given rabies vaccine. She weighed 6.5 lbs that day.
Frosty & French Fry were adopted together at closing time on August 2, 2025.
