Squish is a 5-month-old black kitten with a lot of love to give and a little extra character. He’s blind in one eye due to corneal scarring—it’s permanent, doesn’t need treatment, and doesn’t bother him at all. He gets around just fine and lives a totally normal kitten life.
He’s super affectionate and wants attention from everyone—people, cats, dogs, whoever’s available. He’ll rub up on you (and everything else) just to remind you he’s there and would like some pets, please and thank you. He can get a little intense about affection when he’s excited, but it’s all in good fun.
Because of his vision, he sometimes gets startled or a little growly if something surprises him—his depth perception is off, so things can catch him off guard. But he’s never aggressive, just momentarily unsure. He recovers quickly and goes right back to being a sweet, wiggly little guy.
He gets along well with other cats and dogs and would do great in a home that understands he’s figuring things out in his own way. He’s a genuinely good kitten who just wants someone to love on him as much as he wants to love on them.
