Sometimes he was fed, sometimes he wasn't. But neighbors finally had enough. After months of making sure Leo and another pup were being kept alive by throwing food over the fence, they took matters into their own hands and asked the owner if they could take both pups off their hands. They readily agreed as they could no longer provide basic care for them.
Leo is a well rounded guy who has been BEGGING for love and attention for so long. He is just so grateful for having a shelter over his head, good food and love. He is neutered and is getting up to date on all of his vetting too.
He is a perfect angel with other dogs and little kids and has stolen the hearts of our rescue team. Now all he needs is a new family to call his own. He is house trained and leash trained!
