Matisse is incredibly gentle and shy, and he’s looking for a calm, understanding forever home where he can blossom at his own pace.
Because he’s still learning to trust the world, Matisse would thrive in a quiet home without small children. He absolutely adores other dogs and truly needs a confident canine companion to help show him the ropes. In fact, having another friendly dog in the home is a must—it’s the key to helping Matisse build confidence and feel secure.
He’s currently working on his housetraining and leash skills, so his perfect match will be someone patient and kind, ready to cheer him on every step of the way. With time, love, and gentle guidance, this little wallflower will bloom into the loving, loyal companion he’s meant to be.
