Meet Allo💗
💙 Allo's News Account: @wkdgksquf0424
1⃣ Health Condition
* Spayed.
* Microchipped, and heartworm negative.
2⃣ Rescue Story
* Allo lived in a wire cage with a wire bottom, propped up from the ground, with #AdogsDallo, and they relied on each other. Dallo and Allo were unable to acclimate to the poor condition of the public shelter and needed medical treatment. Therefore, Adogs stepped in urgently to rescue them.
3⃣ Basic Information
* With People: Isn’t yet used to humans and their touch. Curls up as much as possible when she sees strangers. If they approach her, she gets into a panic and sometimes does stereotypic behaviour. Until she gets used to people, tends to hide at the corner of the room and doesn't come out. Please give her enough time. Can express her feelings more when she is with familiar people. Feels calm enough to simply walk away if she feels uncomfortable when familiar people approach, rather then getting into a panic. If they leave her unattented, she can lie down comfortably and feel safe. Currently, shows the most energy when everyone is asleep.
* With Dogs: Got along well with other dogs at our center. Was kind and sweet to other dogs, running around and playing with dogs that matched her personality.
* Separation Anxiety: Rests and enjoys her alone time without separation anxiety. Spends her time having fun, finding treats and doing nosework.
* Potty Training: Does indoor potty. Is well-trained to use potty pads and has an 100% accuracy rate for pee, and poops near the pad. If you train her by putting a fence around the pad, she would better be able to distinguish the edges of the pad.
* Hygiene: Is still in the process of becoming more familiar with her foster parent. Baths and other grooming procedures have been put on hold out of an abundance of caution, in case she becomes even more uncomfortable with humans.
* Biting: Has a fear of people. When being picked up against her will, she sometimes struggles and tries to bite.
* Barking: When she feels uncomfortable, such as when familiar people suddenly approach too close to her, she expresses herself by growling.
* Likes: Likes dog-friendly milk and prefers wet food over treats. Likes to play by tearing apart fabric toys. Could swallow rustling toys, so extra care is needed.
* Dislikes: Is scared of people and being held as she isn’t used to human touch yet. Doesn’t like it when people stare at her face on and approach.

More about this rescue
ADOGS(Adopt Dogs), a non-profit organization, is an abandoned dog foster/adoption organization launched by an individual volunteer group that has rescued, fostered, adopted dogs since 2018.
We are conducting rescue, foster, adopt from South Korea rural shelter. We also rescue dogs irregularly from illegal dog farms or any other places that need help.
We rescue large and small dogs of all breeds, including dogs with special needs.
Although we can't save all abandoned dogs in the world, we are doing our best to the dogs in front of us so that their lives can be changed like any other pets.
In expanding our search for adoption leads, we’ve broadened our mission: To bring at-risk dogs across the Pacific to loving stateside families.
Due to limited demand for large-breed dogs in Korea, arranging for local adoption has proven almost impossible. Instead, we seek to bring these persecuted dogs to the United States where dogs have a higher chance for adoption and survival.
