Meet Allo💗
💙 Allo News Account: @wkdgksquf0424
1️⃣ Health Status
* Spaying: Completed.
* Others: Microchipped and heartworm negative
2️⃣ Rescue Story
* Allo lived together with #AdogsDallo in a raised wire cage, relying on each other. Since Dallo and Allo could not adapt to the poor shelter conditions and needed medical treatment, Adogs rescued them.
3️⃣ General Information
* With People: Is still afraid of human presence and touch, so curls up as much as possible when seeing strangers. Sometimes falls into a panic and shows stereotypic behavior when someone approaches. Tends to hide in rooms or corners until she gets used to people, so you must wait for her. Expresses her emotions better to familiar people. Has also gained enough composure to move away if she feels uncomfortable when approached. If left alone without pressure, she shows a sense of stability and may even lie down comfortably. However, she is still most active when everyone is asleep. Although she still runs away, her bond with her foster parent is growing stronger, and she shows progress by approaching to sniff when food is being prepared.
* With Dogs: When staying at the center, she got along well with other dog friends. Was kind and sweet to dogs, even playing and running around with those she felt comfortable with.
* Separation Anxiety: Spends time well and rests by herself. When the owner goes out, she plays well if snacks are provided in nosework toys.
* Potty Training: Uses indoor potty spots. Her success rate for urine is 100%, and she leaves stools near the pads. Is a tidy girl who prefers to urinate and defecate in different spots.
* Hygiene Management: Is still slowly getting to know her foster parent. Bathing and other grooming have not been done yet out of concern that forcing it might damage the relationship.
* Biting: Due to her fear of people, she may struggle and try to bite if someone attempts to pick her up by force.
* Barking: When a person she is somewhat familiar with suddenly gets too close or approaches her surroundings, she expresses her discomfort by growling.
* Likes: Likes pet milk and prefers meat-based treats. Enjoys playing by tearing fabric toys. However, caution is needed with crinkly toys as she might swallow them.
* Dislikes: Is a dog with a fear of people. Since she is not yet used to touch, she is scared of being held. Also does not like it when a person approaches while making direct eye contact. Although she is undergoing kennel training, she dislikes going inside the kennel.

All our dogs fly from South Korea to the US when their adoptions are finalized so the adopters cannot go through "meet and greet."

Please hold our dog's hands so that they can forget about the painful past and live happily.

More about this rescue
ADOGS(Adopt Dogs), a non-profit organization, is an abandoned dog foster/adoption organization launched by an individual volunteer group that has rescued, fostered, adopted dogs since 2018.
We are conducting rescue, foster, adopt from South Korea rural shelter. We also rescue dogs irregularly from illegal dog farms or any other places that need help.
We rescue large and small dogs of all breeds, including dogs with special needs.
Although we can't save all abandoned dogs in the world, we are doing our best to the dogs in front of us so that their lives can be changed like any other pets.
In expanding our search for adoption leads, we’ve broadened our mission: To bring at-risk dogs across the Pacific to loving stateside families.
Due to limited demand for large-breed dogs in Korea, arranging for local adoption has proven almost impossible. Instead, we seek to bring these persecuted dogs to the United States where dogs have a higher chance for adoption and survival.
