Phyllis is a 2-year-old female who’s been at the shelter since April 2025, and she’s ready to find a family who sees just how special she truly is.
With one blue eye and one green eye, Phyllis is absolutely unforgettable — and her personality is just as beautiful as her looks! She’s sweet, playful, and full of love, always ready to brighten your day with her cheerful spirit and wagging tail.
Phyllis is currently heartworm positive, but she’s being treated and doing wonderfully. Nothing keeps this girl down — she’s always happy, always hopeful, and always ready for her next adventure (or cuddle).
She would make a wonderful companion for anyone looking for a loving, one-of-a-kind best friend. Phyllis isn’t just another shelter dog — she’s something truly special.

At this time, if you have any dogs at home, they must come to the facility for a meet and greet. All dog adoption fees include the animal being micro-chipped, spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccinations, monthly heart worm and flea prevention, and any required medical care while with us.
