Mac is an eight-year-old male brown tabby with a classic coat and an easygoing vibe. He’s handsome, curious, and always on the lookout for a sunny spot to lounge in or a toy to chase. Mac strikes the perfect balance between chill and playful, making him a great companion for just about any home. He enjoys the company of other cats and is affectionate, though he takes a bit of time to adjust and settle in. He enjoys being pet on the top of his head. He responds well to his name being called and enjoys vocal interactions. Laser toys are his favorite.
His foster says "On the first day, he was very curious, explored the apartment. He became comfortable very quickly, sitting on the couch next to me and following me around. He’s calm and likes to nap. He has his playful moments. Around strangers he is friendly, not shy at all. Not afraid of the vacuum. Loves to cuddle! He’s very cuddly, friendly and wants to be around you.".
He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and had preventative treatments to make sure he is ready for his steps.
Submit an adoption survey from above and our team will reach out via phone or email (check spam) to schedule a counseling call. For any additional questions, please contact fosternyc@bestfriends.org.
