Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Tiberius (aka Tibee)!
If you’re looking for a dog who simply makes life better just by being around, Tiberius is your guy. At 7 years old, this Sheepadoodle mix is the perfect blend of calm and cuddly, yet he still has plenty of pep when it’s time to play.
What makes Tibee special?
• He’s the ultimate chill buddy—happy to curl up beside you, then lounge nearby, perfectly content just being part of your world.
• His tail really gets going for two things: food and seeing his favorite people!
• Polite and well-mannered in the house: crate-trained (though he doesn’t need it), housebroken, and past the puppy chaos stage.
• Grooming? No problem. He enjoys being brushed and doesn’t mind baths or nail trims.
A few things to know:
Like many herding breeds, Tibee can get a little “mouthy” when he’s excited, but he’s quick to stop with a reminder. Because of this, we think he’d do best in a home with school-aged kids or older. While he gets along with calm, respectful dogs, Tibee isn’t a fan of pushy or rowdy pups—so he’ll likely shine brightest as the one-and-only pet in the home.
Why you’ll love him:
Tiberius doesn’t demand much—just gentle walks, cozy evenings, and the chance to share all the love in his big heart. He’s steady, sweet, and the kind of dog who instantly makes you feel at ease.
Tiberius is ready to find his forever family. Could that be you?
Thank you for your interest in one of our Hero Babies! Before inquiring, we thought it was important to share a few of our policies.
Your Current Pets - We do require that your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered.
Adoptions - We do not have a shelter and are a foster-home based organization. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog. We do require a home visit prior to adoption.
Inquiries - If you would like more information on any dogs in the rescue, please email us at info@herorescue.org.
