Charming: His name perfectly encapsulates this sweet boy. He starts to purr immediately when handled and is gaining confidence quickly. He is smaller than his siblings and he is a complete bobtail AND a Hemingway! He is a gentle soul with a silent meow and would love to go home with a sibling.
