Background:
Namjoo was rescued from a city pound in Sangju, Korea, earlier this year. Before coming to Canada, he lived in our boarding house with other dogs. He is now in a foster home in Vancouver, BC, where he lives with another dog.
Personality and Socialization:
Namjoo is a happy, bright, and affectionate boy with a positive spirit. He has a medium energy level and is social, making friends with both big and small dogs. His mellow and easygoing nature makes him a joy to be around. When it comes to people, Namjoo is loving and cuddly—he enjoys affection and is great with both men and women. He is comfortable around strangers but has not been tested with cats or young children.
Behaviour:
Namjoo is an easygoing and well-mannered dog. He does great in the car, during bath time, and at the vet. He walks well on a leash, following his human’s lead. While he enjoys playtime with other dogs, he also knows when to relax and rest. He’s intelligent, quick to learn, and overall, very easy to care for.
Health and Diet:
Namjoo is in excellent health and ready for his forever home. He is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, dewormed, and receives monthly parasite prevention. He eats twice a day and has shown no signs of allergies.
Ideal Home:
Namjoo would be a wonderful match for many types of families, including first-time dog owners, seniors, or those looking for a second dog. He thrives with companionship, so a family that can spend plenty of time with him would be ideal. This sweet and friendly boy deserves the best home—one that will cherish him as much as he will love them!
