They still call me Quill. Black as ink, but no longer brooding in the shadows—I’ve come out of my shell and have a lot to say. In fact, I’m now the first to greet you (loudly!). You’ll hear me before you see me, usually mid-monologue about how breakfast was late or how the crinkle ball rolled under the couch again.
My past? Abandoned like a rough draft no one wanted to finish. But I’ve revised that chapter. Now, I’m writing a story about second chances, warm laps, and someone who appreciates a cat with depth and opinions.
