FOSTERED IN NEW BRUNSWICK

Meet Amaya: A Sweet Brindle Hound Looking for Her Forever Home
About Amaya
Amaya is a charming and lovable 30-pound brindle hound who is currently available for adoption through Barking Mad Animal Rescue. She has been lovingly fostered in New Brunswick, where she has had the opportunity to grow and thrive.
Her Journey
Imagine being abandoned as a tiny baby in the vast, intimidating expanse of a forest, left to fend for yourself in a scary and unfamiliar world. This was Amaya's early experience, but thanks to sheer luck and the kindness of rescuers, she was saved from this daunting situation.
Her Personality
Despite her challenging start in life, Amaya has blossomed into a very sweet and affectionate dog. She is known for her friendliness towards people and her ability to play well with other dogs. Her gentle nature makes her an ideal companion for families and individuals alike.
How to Adopt
If you are interested in providing a loving home for Amaya, you can fill out an adoption application through Barking Mad Animal Rescue. Once your application is submitted, you can arrange for a meet and greet to get to know this delightful hound better.
Amaya is eagerly waiting for the perfect family to welcome her into their hearts and home. Could you be the one to offer her the loving forever home she deserves?

More about this rescue

BMAR is a No-Kill facility: a place of safety for healthy adoptable animals, a home for the homeless, a haven for the mistreated, neglected, or abused animals of Sabine & surrounding counties. BMAR also runs a sanctuary for those deemed unadoptible due to medical and behavior issues.

100% Volunteer Rescue. We have no animal control, Humane Society, or SPCA operating in our area leaving animals in dire straights.

BMAR is dedicated to the prevention of cruelty & abuse to all animals & livestock.

We currently only adopt to states and Canada where we have a network in place to monitor animals and help with problems.

BMAR backs it's dogs for life and will take back no matter how long and at any time if circumstance arise and you cannot keep your pet.
