Sweet and lovable Bella is a gorgeous fawn pit bull. She has been a good mother to multiple liters of puppies and was definitely someone's baby at one time. She knows how to sit, does not get on furniture, and whines at the door to go out potty. During her time with us she has learned to sit and wait for command to eat. She is food motivated and extremely smart for continued training. Bella would be an amazing companion for a leader who will set standards for her. She is strong minded and does try to be dominant over her household but she is happiest when she is making her human happy. She has been exposed to cats, dogs and a tortoise which had positive starts, however once hissed or aggressively barked at she will not back down. Bella is known for her smile and wears it regularly.

We are foster based, but hold adoption events in various Pet Stores in the Greater Phoenix Area.
We can also do individual meet and greet for any of our dogs with an appointment with the foster.

Here at Arf-Anage Dog Rescue, our motto is "No Mom Left Behind". We specialize in moms and pups from local shelters as well as the Navajo reservation. When fosters are available, we also help with puppies that are owner-surrendered, "accidental" litters, or the last of a litter that someone just "couldn't get rid of".
Once our Mama dogs are done raising their pups, they are given time to recover then spayed, rehabbed, and made ready for forever families.
Puppies are vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and microchipped. We orient them into a foster-home environment and begin potty training and socialization. We find them great forever homes and in case it doesn't work out, we take the dogs back and find them another loving home. We offer 80% refunds on adoption fees up to 5 days after the adoption.
In some situations, we also offer assistance to help find free or reasonable spay and neuter services for owned pets.
