My brother took on trying to rehome this beautiful Husky for an elderly man who is terminally ill. The man had been taken to the hospital suddenly and for 13 days he was not able to let anyone know that his dog was in his apartment in a kennel. The dog apparently almost died. So the man who had adopted him just a few months earlier from a kennel to be his service dog realized that he was unable to properly care for the dog after all. My brother picked him up around 3 weeks ago and he and our 2 other siblings have been shuffling him between our houses while we put the word out on social media and to all our friends and family to see if anyone could give him a permanent home. Unfortunately, no luck. He is very well mannered, quiet, loves to play, was great with my 3yr old niece and did well on a walk with other dogs. I will make sure he is current with his shots and neutered although I believe that has all been taken care of considering the man adopted him from a shelter.
