Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Looking for a lovable, loyal companion who’s already got the “good boy” part mastered? Meet Finnigan, a sweet and social pup with a heart of gold and a smile that’ll melt you. He’s the total package—house trained, crate trained, great on a leash, and always up for an outing!
Finn thrives around people of all ages, including kids, and loves tagging along to breweries or public events where he can soak up the attention (and maybe a belly rub or two). He’s calm in crowds, easygoing on a leash, and enjoys just being your sidekick.
He does need a cat-free home, but he’d be happy as a clam with people to love and a comfy spot to nap. He’s a little overweight right now, but with a few extra walks and healthy snacks, he’ll be in tip-top shape in no time.
If you’re looking for a chill, dog friendly, and well-mannered dude who’s ready to be your best buddy, Finn is your guy!
Augusta Dog Adoptions is a 501c3, foster-based rescue. We take applications online and schedule adoptions in Waynesboro, VA. A $175.00 adoption fee ($300 for puppies under 6 months old) helps us take care of all the dogs we rescue. All dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm and tick borne diseases (if old enough), microchipped, and vaccinated for rabies (if old enough), distemper/parvo and bordetella. They are also treated for internal and external parasites. Many dogs also receive extensive medical care such as dental work and major surgeries.
