Age is just a number, and Mugsy is living proof of that. This little grandpa may have a few frosty whiskers, but he's got more spunk and spirit than pups half his age. Mugsy has been with us for quite some time because he's a bit of an oddball. He gets very attached to his people and doesn't enjoy sharing his space with other pets. But his mellow demeanor, loyalty, and expert leash-walking skills make him the ultimate pet for someone seeking a low-maintenance companion.
