Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Dutch is a 6-month-old sweetheart with an inspiring story. He came into foster care as a tiny kitten with both eyes swollen shut. Thanks to dedicated care, love, and surgery to release an eyelid that was attached to his pupil, Dutch can now see the world—though he does have a small scar on one pupil that gives him a unique, endearing look.
Dutch is one of the sweetest fosters you’ll meet. He loves to snuggle, shower you with kitty head rubs, and purr away in your arms. Since his foster mom was the first person he ever truly saw, he formed a deep bond with her and often calls out if he can’t find her—but he’s ready to share that same love and devotion with his forever family.
Dutch is very social and used to being around other cats. He has also been exposed to dogs and children and would likely adjust well to a friendly, loving home.
HART recommends kittens 6 months of age and younger be adopted in pairs.
All HART kittens and cats are vet checked, combo tested, spayed or neutered, up to date on all vaccines, microchipped, and on flea and tick preventative.
If you are interested in any of our kitties, you must complete an online cat adoption application available at www.rescueahart.org/adopt/cat-application. The application will put you in touch with a HART volunteer.
